We gladly accept cancellations only before an item has been dispatched. Since each order is freshly handmade or handcrafted for you, we unfortunately don't accept returns or exchanges But please contact us if any problems arise.

PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERIES

To ensure that we provide you with freshly handcrafted products, the time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies between 1 to 7 business days depending on peak seasons. After that, shipping takes at least 3 business days depending on your choice of shipping and address for delivery. However for optimal freshness and peak quality, we recommend selecting a faster shipping option at checkout
CAN I FIND KIASILI NATURALS AT A LOCAL STORE NEAR ME?

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER LOCALLY?

Since we don’t have a store front, we only offer free local deliveries for our #AsiliTribe in California’s Bay Area. If your address is eligible for our free local delivery, it will reflect in your shipping costs during checkout.
